BCA Staff Details

Zafiro is new to BCA and Bend having just moved from Tucson, AZ over the summer. She has a Master of Education in Bilingual and Multicultural Education from Northern Arizona University and has taught English in the US, Italy, Spain, and South Korea since 2012. She also has worked as an outdoor travel guide for teenagers in Nepal, Peru, India, and Australia. Zafiro enjoys traveling, singing, and Italian food. She is looking forward to meeting with all the students and working with them this year!
