BCA Staff Details

Hal was born in San Antonio Texas and only lived there for 1 year. He returned to San Antonio 17 years later for Air Force basic training, he spent 6 years active duty stationed in Sacramento, California. Other than his two short stints in Texas, he has lived on the west coast his entire life. (Oregon, California & Washington). Hal has one daughter, Megan, who he is hoping to travel with when he retires. Hal enjoys playing Texas Hold'em and other card games.
