K-8 Program

Bridge Charter Academy’s K–8 Program blends at-home learning with a required weekly in-person cohort for instruction, hands-on activities, and connection with classmates. Families work with our Curriculum Specialists to choose curriculum from trusted providers and create a personalized learning plan that fits each student’s needs. See K-8 Program Requirements Here

Planned Course of Study & Curriculum

A BCA Curriculum Specialist will partner with you to create and pace an adaptive, rigorous and motivating Planned Course of Study for your student focusing on learning style, interests, and academic goals. Learn more about curriculum selection HERE.

Access

Enrolled students have access to licensed teachers, a spectrum of quality curriculum options, technology, assessments and an $800 allotment account to assist with educational purchases.

Cohort 

Students attend an engaging, project-based learning experience with their Learning Coordinator and classmates for 3 hours every week. Cohort class sizes are 12 students. Grade bands: Kinder, 1-2, 3-4, 5-6. 7-8. Learn more about staff here.

Growth Team & SPED Services

BCA offers additional services for students struggling to make sufficient progress. 

BCA Outings

BCA coordinates multiple family outing opportunities throughout the year to destinations like museums, zoos, aquariums and more!

Extracurriculars & Exploration Day

Students can use allotment to participate in extracurricular lessons, classes, clubs, and other groups. Exploration Day is new at BCA and another opportunity to enjoy fun campus classes.
