BCA Staff Details

Celine Herrera is the English Language Arts SAS at Bridge Charter Academy. She previously worked as a high school English teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area. Celine earned her BA degree in Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts with a Journalism minor at San Francisco State University. Celine recently graduated with her English Language Arts teaching credential at Saint Mary's College of California. She is currently working on two master's degrees; a MS in Digital Audience Strategy at Arizona State University and a MA in Teaching at Saint Mary's College. She is passionate about empowering her students through reading, writing, and multimedia skills. This is Celine's second year working in education. Outside of BCA, Celine can be found reading, drinking iced coffee, and playing Taylor Swift on repeat.
