BCA Staff Details

The joke at BCA is that Helen is living in your future - literally and figuratively! While her current time zone (in Malaysia) puts her half a day ahead of the US, Helen's primary job at the BCA is to stay a step ahead of program and staff needs with process development. She also keeps Cabinet entertained with her wry (?) humor.

Whether she's working in the database, designing elements on the portal, or figuring out mysteries in detective novels, Helen can't help but problem-solve her way through life. She also loves helping people. So if you want to make her day, schedule a meetup, bring her a solvable problem, and then listen as she tells you 101 ways to solve it. Or you can just say, "hi" - she appreciates that too!

p.s. in case you were wondering, Helen and her husband, Matt are living in Malaysia as they try to get US citizenship for their stateless twin girls. But that's a whole other story!
