BCA Staff Details

Tashell lived in the Portland area for many years before moving to Cottage Grove with her husband and four children. A longtime homeschooler, she has graduated two high schoolers and has two kids who currently attend BCA. She is passionate about alternative education and has taught in homeschool co-ops, outdoor education settings, and as a private tutor. She loves to teach English and literature and is excited to work with highschoolers as a writing instructor. In her free time she enjoys exploring the outdoors, baking delicious treats, and curling up with a good book.
